@JONTEK3 unfortunately not all apps support installation to the SD card thus, unless it is a really huge app, it will always download to your phone memory first.
i am having severe problems on my galaxy samsung s i9000. my videos will not tranfer to the external sd card. its a sandisk 8gb. somebody please help thanks
@1ninjawun1 from your PC you can connect your phone to your PC as a disk drive then drag the .mp3 files into the Music folder on your SD card. Or you can use File Expert if you don't wanna mess with wires, see my video on File Expert for that. If the files are already on your phone memory or just in a different folder on your memory card, simply find the file in Astro, then long press on it. Select Move, then go to the Music folder (or any other folder) on your SD card and select edit>paste

@wafflesbtch anything in the card. Long press on a folder and then select details, if you have rw permission then you can write to the folder.

howcome when i attempt to backup apps in astro it says "backup directory could not be created?"
