Thank you for the video it really helped a lot. I have that book and I read a small portion of it and totally haven't taken the time to look at it again. I will though. I know I can overcome this and I will. I will just start measuring and eating super slow. Again thanks for the video!

LOL thanks so much amy, you answered my questions! i had no idea that it would still be swollen in there and forgot about the nerve endings being severed and needing to heal. it explains why i don't feel full but suddenly am stuffed! i'm gonna get my grubby little hands on that book too!! my hospital is quite close so i'm gonna ask about seeing my pouch, how cool would that be! LOL thanks for the wonderful information amy!!!!
