thats not the human transmutation circle....thats a circle without the runes. The runes give direct instructions to what the circle is going to do and how its going to forge it. I know the ruunes for the human transmutation circle if u want them. remember, not all circles have runes. Like Roy Mustang's glove. it, the circle, is giving itself the direct order to create fire. Dont get confused with the non-runed and runed circles
