Water does not really equal to life. The planet which has water still needs to be in a specific spot in the galaxy (away from gamma radiation), must be close but not too close to it's solar systems star (for heat) and must have a moon or two in order to "block" comets and alike.
There can't be any CO2 on Mars, because carbon dioxide needs air as a chemical component.

Water does not really equal to life. The planet which has water still needs to be in a specific spot in the galaxy (away from gamma radiation), must be close but not too close to it's solar systems star (for heat) and must have a moon or two in order to "block" comets and alike.
There can't be any CO2 on Mars, because carbon dioxide needs air as a chemical component.

We dont need moon colonies, moon water, or aliens. Anybody that says we do has way too comfortable a life here on Earth, so much so that you don't even see all the problems we face here. @hyenalaugh09 okay think, they would have to spend billions of dollars to get a group of people into a rocket, have it land, create a way to construct a lunar base and keep that base stable with no atmosphere and low gravity, then have to continuously send food to the colony which would cost loads of money, then find a way to "farm" the water we have found and make sure it is clean and drinkable, and when you add it all up, it would costs trillions of dollars to and would have little results.

The atmosphere of the Moon is very tenuous and insignificant in comparison with that of the Earth--less than one hundred trillionth the density of the Earth's atmosphere at sea level. For most practical purposes, the Moon is considered to be surrounded by a vacuum.
