Wow Japanese Kuja sounds 100000000x better than the gay dub they gave him. I mean, I know he's gay and all, but the voice is just too much in the English version.

I do love dissidia, but it would have been nice to see them actually do something interesting with the story. I'm mean...crystals? Really? Plus, I really wanted to see more rivalries and real 'story' fights between different games. I mean, Bartz vs ExDeath is cool and all, but SEEN it. Same goes for Cloud vs Sephiroth. Boring.

I don't get why they have you fight 'fake' versions of the main characters for the random battles; it's especially unpleasant when you end up fighting yourself, your allies, or a very weak version of your arch-rival... They should have come up with some actual monsters or whatever for the random fights, and left the real characters for the important battles.

No, Bartz is a "Copycat" in a manner of speaking, he uses the other characters weapons, Magicks and strength.

AKA using characters moves. Only some though, he can be weak and strong, you have to experiment with him a little.

Is there any significance in why the regular enemies you fight are other FF characters? Storywise, that is.

I may have missed when they explain it, but really it doesn't seem so. The "board enemies" are just palette swaps of the playable cast with weaker AI scripts, they never really explain what they are or where they come from. They aren't even named, most characters just refer to them as "imitations".

@DrakeClawfang I'm playing through FFV right now, and the Mime class is a serious pain to get. The 20:00 run through the sunken tower that held the Water Crystal can seriously stink.
