That also means that there weren't a lot of people before him, so how do you measure his qulaity? Comparing it to a select group of people. Wayne is a 2000s rapper, not only is he being compared to WAY more guys, he has also released so much music he is just copying himself at this point. And both of these guys have Best Rap albums.

Clipse, Styles P, other members of The L.O.X. and Dipset. Still tons of guys making gangster music in the last few years, largely from NYC. I would take Ghostface's solo work from the last 6 years over anything by U-God.
