Religions purpose is to create illusory fantasies for the poor. Economic realities prevent them from finding true happiness in this life, so religion tells them that this is OK because they will find true happiness in the next life(christians, muslems, etc). Although this is a criticism of religion, there is sympathy towards religion: people are in distress and religion provides solace, just as people who are physically injured receive relief from opiate-based drugs.
@MultiWILLIE, religion is not the same as having a blessed relationship with Christ. HE and HE alone is the Saviour, not religion. Religion will send you nowhere fast. Do you know Christ personally?
What a BLESSING PRAISE THE LORD! So many churches these days don't know how to give the Glory where the glory is due. Its all about this and that but nothing about Jesus Christ or His Precious blood anymore! PRAISE the Lord your music is so glorifying to God!! Thanks for the blessing!
