are any of you on anti depressent pills they make it 50 times stronger ive stopped taking pills and i eat liver lots of it .this torture killed me for 7 years its terrible .i promise you get off pills and symptons go after 2 monthes dont take the parkinson drugs they help yes but side affects bad was gambling with me .give up anti dep pills if your on them trust me
The only thing that seems to help my jerks and RLS is folding both legs under my seat while lying on my back , then arching my back a bit to stretch the quads. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 tries when my hamstring cramp. Sometimes I fall asleep like that and wake up with numb legs but at least I can get to sleep. I also have MS.
I wake up every night having to put my blankets back on. Kicked them off (all three of them). Doctor prescribed me some pills that have done nothing. It sucks. I wake up more tired than I am at night.
My husband just went downstairs again because his legs are kicking so much. This is a frequent event even with requip at massive doses. Medication has also had the weird side effect noted by others; a craving to gamble. I just don't know how to help him, and Dr. have no suggestions. Anyone found a successful treatment outcome?

If that doesn't work, I sometimes walk in bare feet on a cold floor or outdoors.
I get that in my legs (usually only right leg) and my spine. I find that the more tired I let myself get, the worse it gets. If I go to bed early, before I get too tired, it's not as bad.
Yes I do. My leg kicks once every few minutes. I can feel the energy start to build up in my thigh and then it give one violent kick. I was up all night last night, and this switches from one leg to another. Never both at the same time.
wow im up now with it i got it bad to dont try mirapexin it works but god side effects are bad gambling ive just taken ten kalms to c if that will work . my legs are the same as this vidio to .god i hate this
Thanks for posting. I have the same thing. My involuntary movement in both arms and legs tortures me for 6 - 10 hours per night, without exception...or...anytime during the day if I try to sleep. I describe it as the onset of sleep triggering a 'flight' response. Most docs try to prescribe meds to put me to sleep in spite of the movement. Nothing works. If they could stop the movement, I could sleep ;) I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Sadly my adult sons are showing signs of it.
Yes...I've been experiencing the same involuntary leg movements (off and on) for a few years now. Until your video, I'd never seen anything that so perfectly matches my own experience. I really appreciate the resources provided on the kicking-legs website, and plan to discuss what I've learned with my doctor. If it hasn't already, I do hope your QND diagnosis translates into better meds, for complete relief from your symptoms. Thanks so much for posting your video!
if you had this really bad and a girlfriend / wife, she would think your trying to have sex with her in the middle of the night hahaha xD

Do this jerks happen during the day or right before you go to sleep? My feet twitch unintentionally but only before I head to sleep.
