it is such a shock for me to learn about this. Master Tommy was always such a strong, caring Tae Kwon Do instructor and individual. He always encouraged me to try my hardest and give my best effort, and it was his teachings that led me to success in so many ways. I will never forget you Master Instructor Tommy Nguyen.
My son took the summer off and we were shocked to learn about Tommy's swift illness and death. Tommy was a fantastic teacher with a gift for connecting with the kids. He was caring, patient, encouraging, enthusiastic, and had a great sense of humor. He took time to develop individual ties with his students. At 21, he showed a maturity and self assuredness beyond his years. He was a wonderful role model. We would be proud for our son to grow up to be like Tommy. He will be missed. -Nathan's mom

I personally know Master Tommy. He came to Wisconsin to further his education from his sister school World Martial Arts Academy. He has learned from us, but he has taught us even more. He still teaches us today in spirit and bravery, not to mention courage. It's sad to see this wonderful person go, he will be missed forever. -Instructor Joshua Mudgett(WMAA New Berlin/ Muskego, WI)
