  • and I though that it was only me who use the garbage.... to create beautiful things

  • Wow, that is so beautiful. Are those wooden rings for the binding? Where can I find those?

  • I am new at making mini's and I was curious to see the 1st tutorial. I am amazed and think this is a wonderful idea. I am going to try this as soon as I get my Christmas cards done. This is awesome and you are my kinda crafter. My nephew was excited to see this because we re-cycle. thank you so much. I have to get those cards done so I can start a new craft!!

  • woooowww that is bbeeeaaaauuutiful!!!! :D

  • I would use a nail, hammer, and a piece of 2x4..when you make the hole, turn over to flatten with the hammer..hope this helps..LOL..this is what I do.

  • My question is - what tool did you use to punch the hole in that lid? The Cropodile Big Bite 2 only goes through light tin & aluminum (so far as metals go), so I'm a bit afraid to punch trough a heavier tin or aluminum...

  • this is so cool..I am making one right now!.question that I have is,"what did you use to put the stuff on"?I used tape, but does not stick to the plastic..I am using staples, what else do you use!thanks..Liz

  • @QueenoftheRodeo17 have you tried hot glue gun? lol...

  • WOOOOOOW!!!!!

  • hi...i really love look and idea for turning the can lids into metal tags or embellishments. So awsome!

  • Came across this video through a friend...I love this mini album! Could you tell me what alcohol paint is please? Thanks!

  • I adore your mini!!!! I love finding new uses for things you would typically toss! You fed my mind with some new ideas! Now to check out how to make those terrific plastic bag papers!!! :) TFS!

  • I LOVE this! Great idea using the tin can lids, I will be going out to purchase one of those can openers. This is amazing! I can't wait to see what I can reuse... Going to watch your other videos.

  • Your soooo clever!!! I'll make one for sure! Thank you! Merci!

  • Great ideas....the little bread tab would be very nice in a cooking or recipe project as well. I am so glad I am not the only one to hold onto the jeans tags for projects. : ) LOL I was sure to share your vid with my daughters that think I am a little nutty. I will have to check out the tut on using the plastic bags. Great info and video! LOVE IT! TFS ~Julie

  • hey,you really had a wonderful talent!!=) continue inspiring others through your arts! be looking forward to some of your cute art stuff!=)

  • Thanks for clarifying about the yellow binding rings. I saw on another video someone was using those plastic zip strips that you use to organize electrical cords or close the top of a garbage bag, to bind their mini albums. I wasn't sure if it was binding clips or those zip thingies. Thanks.

  • me has dado un motivo mas para aprender inglés xD

me encanta, impresionante..... Gracias por subir estos videos!!

  • I'm new to mini albums, which is why your videos are so valuable to me. This album is great, especially with the plastic pages. I don't understand how it was bound. It looked like some kind of yellow wire. Binding is the hardest part for me. Thanks.

  • @danzluvr1 The yellow things that you mention are called binding rings. They come in different sizes and colours, and are very easy to use. Just unclip it, add the pages, and clip it together again :)

  • Wow, your work (art) is so inspiring

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE your recycled mini album LAURA.. your AMAZING!! and I'm sure everyone that watches will agree with me. WOW! your so creative girl and I LOVE all that you do.. thanks so much for sharing.. I'm just gonna have to try it :-) **Letty**

  • Do you have a video or instructions for the angel embellishment you have in the album? Thanks! Penny

  • It looks gr8! If you wanted to use even more stuff from around the house you should of used old cereal boxes instead of cardboard for the pages! I'm sure to check out the plastic bag pages out! TFS

  • wow, that gives a whole new meaning to recycling. From can tops to juice pouches...Who knew?? LOVE IT!!!! Very very cute!

  • the world best recycling mini album

  • Love you, Love your work. I have a favor to ask. I seen your latest video on back to basics, I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on making tags. Do you cover shipping tags with paper or do you use cardstock covered with paper? Also can you show us more but not using a lot of fancy embellishments. In my case I do not have cricut or die machine or punches. I want to craft but cannot afford such luxuries.I need to craft or I'll go crazy. Thank you soo much for your videos.

  • its a music box?

  • A wonderful reuse of used objects into art. Thank you.

How do you finish the mod podge so it doesn't stick afterward. I love the look of it but my pages stick together.
