Well, she shouts a word, time freezes. In addition there's the "throw knives at the opponent that fly out once time is unfrozen" (albeit energy blades in this case) and can walk about casually once time is frozen, complete with monologue.

She doesn't need to shout Za Warudo, the elements for it are just there. :\
