@Jacob7jumper they have low levels because they are doing a 122333 challenge, this means that the characters dont level up and stay at the initial levels the whole game... using guns as weapons and motes very frecuently.. if you want to know more then search in youtube for a 122333 challenge or a low level game.. xAshe10x, DarkKefka and 7vmn7vmn have very good videos.. And It's actually possible to get over 1000 HP with proper equipment.
By example, you can see in the video that Vaan is using Mirage Vest, an armor that provides +800 HP to the user, and he using White Mask, a head armor that also provides HP.
Vaan is also under bubble status.
So, It's possible to get over 1000 HP with low levels.

It's about being a little smart in the beginning to avoid EXP like the plague and then buying the firefly accessory. FFIX is also perfectly manuable to beat with the overall party lvl being at lvl 1...

Yet, there is no item preventing LP gaining. Thus, by avoiding all but hunts, marks, bosses, and espers until you get firefly, you won't level, yet you can and will complete your license board. Thus, at level 1, you will be able to cast bubble, shellga, protectga, hastega, bravery, so on and so forth... Light armor raises HP
@crlake Don't get sarcastic with me. Why don't you go try it. Simply ignore any monster that isn't a mark, boss, or esper. When you get to Phon Coast, buy fireflies. Make sure that the LP you did gain went towards making sure you can use them. Equip them, and go kill monsters. You will gain LP, but no EXP. LP is all you need for your license board, and thus, for your abilities.

@supersmashdylan speed doesnt increase much in this game. so if you want to use speed weapons like daggers, ninja swords and bows, then you have to put on the cat ear hood which gives you +50 speed !

Anyone unfamiliar with it - the 122333 'challenge' requires you to literally flee from everything except bosses/hunts before obtaining at least 1 firefly (prevents experience gains). That also means very little LP to spend early on, and that you'll spend a LOT of time stealing for money pre-firefly(s). Anyway, the amount of HP comes from augments. 50, 100, 150, 200, 500 HP augments to be exact. Add in bubble and Light Armor.. You get the idea if you've played the game.
@IChrisThanI You're absolutely right, at first i thought it was impossible to be this low lvl considering the marks and all the other things you have to do to get the armor, items, money, and to get to Vagrant Soul in general. But when you think about it all you have to do is flee until you get fireflies (there in Mosphoran right?). Anyways, it's tough to do and i dont know why people do this to themselves but, hey well done flak76e!
@Auron327 I know you can get a free one kind of early. But yeah, they're obtainable in Mosphoran as well. I can link you to a bit of a guide (essentially a full walkthrough shortened down to just the essentials - like the Firefly locations, strategies for bosses, etc).

@justin0185 - It's in the lowest area of the Pharos, if I'm not mistaken; you need a large amount of Black Orbs to get there, though, and, as I recall, it's rare game. If I'm wrong, by all means correct me! :)
@falkentires55 Well the fact that he is on a low level does not mean, that he did not use the licenseboard. Furthermore he used the ability bubble which doubles your life. And for those who still think that it is not possible to be on lvl 122333 at that point you should learn about the accessoir firefly which prevents the characters to gain experience through fights.

@falkentires55 Wrong. Bubble spell is obtainable after defeating 12 marks. Which is possible to do around Raithwall (I can't remember if it's before or after the 12th becomes available, but I KNOW you can do at least 10 before).
@falkentires55 Patience and more patience. Essentially you're going to gain HP via light armor. Obviously spells are going to miss, so inflicting status ailments can be..challenging. Which makes it even more challenging for levels 1-3, hence the need for mystic armor as well. With the right augments and equipment landing blind on most of the early marks ends the fight. It doesn't make the fights VERY easy, but it makes them more manageable. Give it a try sometime. :)
that isnt the biggest ive seen people do like a 50 or 60 lvl leap with a lvl 1 char they like NEVER used lol might have been a hack might have not we shall never know

negates all exp, but you still get LP for killing enemies. It can be obtained relatively early in the game. so LIESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

@IChrisThanI You're absolutely right, at first i thought it was impossible to be this low lvl considering the marks and all the other things you have to do to get the armor, items, money, and to get to Vagrant Soul in general. But when you think about it all you have to do is flee until you get fireflies (there in Mosphoran right?). Anyways, it's tough to do and i dont know why people do this to themselves but, hey well done flak76e!

@Auron327 I know you can get a free one kind of early. But yeah, they're obtainable in Mosphoran as well. I can link you to a bit of a guide (essentially a full walkthrough shortened down to just the essentials - like the Firefly locations, strategies for bosses, etc).

@justin0185 - It's in the lowest area of the Pharos, if I'm not mistaken; you need a large amount of Black Orbs to get there, though, and, as I recall, it's rare game. If I'm wrong, by all means correct me! :)

@falkentires55 Well the fact that he is on a low level does not mean, that he did not use the licenseboard. Furthermore he used the ability bubble which doubles your life. And for those who still think that it is not possible to be on lvl 122333 at that point you should learn about the accessoir firefly which prevents the characters to gain experience through fights.
@ChiefProductionzz I think he simply wanted to show the levelleap but I doubt that he saved the game after that ^^

@falkentires55 Wrong. Bubble spell is obtainable after defeating 12 marks. Which is possible to do around Raithwall (I can't remember if it's before or after the 12th becomes available, but I KNOW you can do at least 10 before).

@falkentires55 Patience and more patience. Essentially you're going to gain HP via light armor. Obviously spells are going to miss, so inflicting status ailments can be..challenging. Which makes it even more challenging for levels 1-3, hence the need for mystic armor as well. With the right augments and equipment landing blind on most of the early marks ends the fight. It doesn't make the fights VERY easy, but it makes them more manageable. Give it a try sometime. :)

that isnt the biggest ive seen people do like a 50 or 60 lvl leap with a lvl 1 char they like NEVER used lol might have been a hack might have not we shall never know

there is many tricks in game not cheats or hacks
Its a Tricks use your mind and u can beat all monsters with Lowest levels

Firefly-> Gain 0 EXP. But still where did he get all the LP for HP augments, quickenings and the Licence to equip Firefly, allong with the other gear? Also why ruin the game? If whant a challenge play Ninja Gaiden Sigma on "Master Ninja". :P
