I studied brazillian jiu jitso for close to 9 years. I have always preferred to fight without a shirt. Why? Because its one less thing to grab, plus, I don't want some bitch ripping it lol. Nothing macho about it, I just think its more practical. However I would rather keep it on then give someone that moment to strike.
