I've got that exact same gun but with an orange tip. How do I remove this orange tip so that I can get a cooler barrel extension?

@xPROHITMANx You turn the tip counter-clockwise , Its going to be very tight , so use a wrench.

@KSCGLOCK18C I have tried using the wrench, but have gotten no progress. I also have already removed the hex nut beneath the orange tip. Any ideas?

@xPROHITMANx Try using a torch & a wrench heat it up then loosen it , it should work.
