That's pretty much what it looks like in real life. That's why they don't even have stuff like it in R-rated movies. Not even X-rated movies usually I wouldn't think. Unless it's like, one of those real freaky ones. There was a man who made a movie about the conflict in his home country of Somalia, and showed it like it is. The movies didn't like it. They'd like a small stream of red fluid pour down someone's shirt while they gasp and say "ugh...love you" than they fall down and go to sleep.
