Do they use a 24 hour clock? and yes i think here in America we need to be more strict on vandalizing crimes and what our kids are watching and listening to.
Man, I wish I'd had a place like this to wait for the bus when I was in elementary school. I had to stand on the corner of a main road in the pouring rain. Then again, where I grew up a place like this would have been vandalized beyond recognition within a month of being opened...
@Jimaera Really, Japan's civilization and culture is way beyond my country's. If something like that were built here, it wouldnt be vandalized in a month (like where u live) but in a day (actually few hours...)
You'd never find that in the west. Too much common sense. Plus... it would be ruined within a week here in the west. ^_^ We appreciate and respect nothing it seems.
