I honestly, would've preferred zoey to have died over Bill. Bill was an amazing character, a true leader of the group. Plus, it would've been awesome for him to have interacted with the l4d2 survivors. Nick would've gotten shot in the ass for sure. He'd probably treat Rochelle like how he treats Zoey.
