that plane is not a mod its called the Andromada if you want to fly it well you cant you have to mod it to fly but in 3 or 2 mission's your ether in that plane or getting into it one of the missions are called stoway and 2 more its in las ven all of them

I remember the flying hovercrafts. I used to get a towtruck and tow a hovercraft all the way up to the top of Mount Chiliad, and then jump off the top in it. You could fly like, halfway across the map.
