I made some yesterday with the two cups of rum as called for in the recipe. For me, it was a little too much alcohol so I redid it with 1 cup like the video. It was perfect!!!!! The flavor was really good too. Looks like I'll be making this throughout the year, lol.

In Singapore, we can't drink alcohol if we are under 18. However, some of our dishes have alcohol in it. Sometimes, they don;t even tell us of our food contains alcohol or not! So people like me (I'm 14) just eat the food without even caring about the alcohol content.
