Since Chinese carmakers care only about costs, they make cars that only meet the C-NCAP demands. So, when tested by the EuroNCAP at 64km/h, they fail.
The reason Geely cars pass the C-NCAP (aka Chinese NCAP) tests are because the tests are done in such slow speed. ONLY 56km/h
Whereas real organizations like EuroNCAP perform their tests at 64km/h (and let me tell you, it does make a difference). However, the C-NCAP, backed by the the Chinese government, does it's "tests" at 56km/h. (phony tests, they should be called) Suspect why
