The simplest answer to "why?" would be that I am a weak human who gets really tired of cooking sometimes. Top that with addictive tendencies, e.g. wanting to drink more coffee even though I know it will make me feel bad and I have a combination that generates weaknesses that go against my better judgement.
This is the hardest part of the SCD for me. Very nonsensical, but very much the aspect that I struggle with.
I just found your site and I am excited to watch more of your videos.
I have been eating alot of the SCD since Jan 1st and didn't realize that was how I was eating but, realized the healing ability it has. I wonder why you would start to eat foods that may make you sick if you know that eating a specific way makes you feel so good. Alot of times the toxins build up in your system but, every once in awhile might be ok? I am interested to see how it goes.
What happened after eating the badstuff..any results or update?
Thanks

Hi. Glad to find other people who are on the SCD! I've been on it since 2005, ever since I was diagnosed with Crohn's. Good luck!
