  • I thought it was much better then district 9, but maybe that's just me.

  • *SPOILER* all of the passengers on the ship had taken a 'solution' prior to boarding the ship to allow them to adapt to the the new planet. since the ship crashed centuries ago, they ended up adapting to the ship and all of their descendants devolved into these creatures.

that is where the monsters came from.

  • I think the girl was ment to act a bit strange since she was sort of becoming a creature.

  • Watching that movie, my first question was: "If they're in space, where does gravity come from?" Obviously, this question never crossed any of the caracters mind, otherwhise they would have figured out that they already landed and counld just go launch the escape pods with a happy smile and amiddlefinger to the orcs.

  • @disdroid you forget this is technology from what... 120 years from now? For all we know, they found a way to stabalize the gravity so they would be able to free walk around. I mean it was meant for a voyage of... well, who knows how long.

  • Underrated and just because it didnt do well at box office dont give up who ever wrote the script of this movie because who ever did by far has way more imagination/ talent then the guy who wrote transformers script seriously!

  • the little alien girl made me pee my pants...

  • @TheEMSEECOY yeah me too i freaked out

  • seems kinda like a dead space-ish kinda movie

  • @halofreak9900 i know right thats kinda why im watching it now

  • district 9 sucked... WATCH THIS

  • Yeah I was confused about the origins of the monsters the first time it's explained but I understood it better later.

Basically the corporal who wents nuts (Payton/Gallo) started torturing crew people. Anybody who didn't comply was sent to the bottom where they would scavenge and fend for themselves. Colonists were genetically augmented to adapt better to the new life on tanis but because of what payton did, they instead adapted into cannibal monsters.

    Payton fkd everything up.

  • Great movie and good review. Same all other critics beat the shit out of it so its unlikely to have a sequel :(

  • holy shit, i just watched this its fucking scary and demented for me and sooooooo mind twisting i thought they were in space wtf i reconmend ppl to watch if u havnt

  • Ever notice how they are always covered in somthing horrible for the entire movie?

No honestly, opening scene: Strange goopy plastic stuff.

Human milkshake, SKIN, wierd mucus stuff from the vent... i didnt find the movie scary, just gross.

  • This movie was really compelling, it was awsome. SOOOOOO underated

  • @WestsTigersFan it really was... wow rotten tomatoes gave it like 28%... fuck them, this film wasn't the greatest thing ever but its atleast a solid 7-8 out of 10, wish they would make a second one but thats doubtful with how it did...

  • i recently watched this movie and i thought it was ok but wat confused me was the ending, when he sees the creature comming out of the panel shoots it but then realises it wasnt there, it makes me think ...WTF did this dude smoke

  • the only thing i didn't like that one girl either i think she tried to do some accent and it was terrible it was fucking annoying to hear her speak. 4out of five for the movie

  • This movie is sort of like dead space actually they are both similar

  • I loved this movie. The plot was intresting and the ending surprised me.

  • the movie is good but during urreview the part where u said awsome scared me

  • The ending was very creative.

  • I actually really liked this film, thought it was underrated.

  • reminds me of F.E.A.R or Area 51

  • well i saw district 9 and it sukd so i wud say pandorum is waaaaaaaaaaaay better

  • Spoiler in the first 20 seconds. lol

  • I really liked this film, and District 9, can't decide which more yet. But my parents don't seem to really like these things... for both films my parents were sleeping at the end.

  • they used to be people that were sent to the bottom of the ship then thier children and thier children and thier children evolved to flesh eating monsters because there was no permanent food source

  • 923 years of accelerated evolution is where the creatures come from! Nothing diff to understand.

  • Due to lack of sunight, beaten skin, rough hard area's that cause bruising and clawing, not to mention the fact that the ship is turned sidewasy making falling points, it is easy to see how the evolution chips would find this as a "changed" environment.

  • Great review man, i really like the film to. To bad it didn't do well at the box office.
