I love Bethenny but I got her book and it's not really a non-diet book. It's not about tons of rules but she does have a list of rules and mainly just says you can eat anything but you have to compensate after eating something fatty and she emphasizes portion control. Basically what every "non-diet but really a diet" book has to say.

I had no idea who she was but I bought her book and read through it. I love it, and lost weight! It's not a diet, it's not a crash yo yo...it's changing the way you eat. Slight things here and there, and it WORKS. It's smart, it's easy....don't know why I didn't think of it myself earlier!

@turnipgreen17 That's her natural jawline. It's bone, not flesh and is quite attractive, IMO. Seems that women tend to try and cut down other women who are attractive. Bethanny is a rare breed b/c she's attractive, intelligent AND funny/witty, which is is almost unheard of in the female species. Therefore, she has her detractors (mainly humorless women who have low self esteem and not much going for them i.e: Jill, LuAnn, Kelly).
