The orange spot moved exactly opposite to your camera wobble and movement, so it would have to be lens flare. (A reflection of the sun inside the lense assembly.) Keep up the search.

It's not a sundog. Sundog makes three images of sun in a large distance from the oryginal sun. Check some images of sundogs. I would say, that it is a camera artifact, but of course I can be wrong...
