I love there music and im only 14 and its just so warming and gets my blood pumping and makes my days better. When i have a bad day i listen to there music and just sit back and sing and when i am sleeping i turn it on and relax and sing untill i sleep i cant wait untill i can actually go see them live
i was sitting at a light yesterday, n this kid next to me was rockin the mumfords, i was like is it [the radio] or the CD? he held up the jacket, i snagged mine from the consol and we both had this awesome exchange. Mumford & Sons is the by far the most passionate, honest and poetic, (ntm best sing-a-long) band EVER!!! loved em at lollapolooza last year, and cant wait for the next album! thanks fellas!
How could it be that this band doesn't know how to write at least ONE bad song??? Every thing coming out of that gorgeous mans mouth is f*****g genious!!! They all are GODS and we all are their servants for ever. Not that I would complain...
This is the price we pay for good music. Having to wait until they are done crafting it. Honestly if the rest of the album is this good they could contend for album of the year. Then again I am fairly biased.
oh my god! AAA! this is so funny because we went to one of their concerts not long ago in Santa Barbara and they played this and my dad hasn't stopped singing and playing it and so i thought this would be like...Liar or something (amazing song, my favorite) and when i heard the first note i knew it was Lover's Eyes, haha, but its still a great song. They had cool light effects at the concerts on this song, it was awesome. I love them! I wish they could get more popular and make more people happy
I just want to shake my friends until they agree to take a listen to them....I tell them they have absolutely no idea what they are missing...I can't put it into words, how GREAT this band is....
Mumford & Sons is the only band that's ever made me fall in love with EVERY one of their songs. So incredible. Something about that singer's voice makes my hearts want to cry and laugh and dance at the same time. Very inspirational.
I cant sleep trying to figure it out how to made Marcus to be a poligamist so all his famale fans could marry him:) and i'm going to be his first bride :P

@LillieMoon This is the exact reason I didn't want them to get too popular. Hardly anybody will appreciate them for what they really are, but only because they are "famous". But there's still the select few who have been here supporting them for a while now and understand just how honest and real their music is. It's completely moving. I'm glad I can be one of those people.
So True. I actually got a copy of their CD before it was available in the US. So I have been listening to them since Nov 09. First time in my life I loved every song on a CD. They are truly amazing. @Mumfordfan OMG :) I've been listening to them too for a little over a year, and just as you said... first time in my entire life where I have loved every song on their album, INCLUDING all of the covers they have done, and all of their unreleased songs...seriously hasn't been ONE song I've listened to by them that I haven't loved:) and btw, I'm seeing them in Vegas too!!! so excited!!!!!! :D but I'm not very excited about the venue... at a pool? eh, they will be worth it tho:)
@idiotwithaAK47 Awesome that you are going to the vegas show! No matter where you see them they will be worth it. I'll bet Mr. Mumford still likes to pull his drawers down while having a listen to the Cranberries - and I'll wager his breath is equal parts Bush Mill's and Bono's cock. Worst band ever. And a perfect example of devolution.
@fkthgopCecil Sharp collected hundreds of folk songs in the region, and observed that the musical tradition of the people "seems to point to the North of England, or to the Lowlands, rather than the Highlands, of Scotland, as the country from which they originally migrated. For the Appalachian tunes...have far more affinity with the normal English folk-tune than with that of the Gaelic-speaking Highlander."[49

First, thank you for sharing this. I absolutely love it. Marcus does seem to have a old passionate soul inside. The boys are so talented and I am thankful I have gotten to witness the birth of this great band. Cheers for many more sings to come.

This brings back beautiful memories of seeing Mumford & Sons at The Eden Project last summer. Such a magical band to see live, they have such amazing spirit.

First, thank you for sharing this. I absolutely love it. Marcus does seem to have a old passionate soul inside. The boys are so talented and I am thankful I have gotten to witness the birth of this great band. Cheers for many more sings to come.

Had the best bit of luck last summer and got to see these guys at the Music Box, one of the most real performances of any type of music I have ever seen.

It is amazing that a 24 year old has that much passion coarsing thru his body. He is the ultimate in singing what he truely feels. Genuis band.
