The animal in this video is call a Caimbastadoodle. It is comman in the Burmish regions of Asia. If the vet resuscitated him properly ( he was a male because of his one good eye) then he would have lived. You cannot perform CPR on his asscheeks and expect the Caimbastadoodle to live.
