@Zinkopus his names grimmjow and he had a white mask but removed it to gain power and look like a human with a sword and stuff and look at the side of his face he has like a panthers jaw bone thing...that was part of his mask...and for the record ichigo gets a hole later on in the series...Spolier alert he deis by ulqiorras hand in 272 or something and gets awsome hollow powers...its freakin awsome..you all must watch it
