Idk, Kakashi talk a little mit lower and keeps his voice mostly at one level, with a kind of ironic sound to his voice. So I guess he pretty much uses his real voice.

Go on Wiki, search Naruto, go to the plot and click on the link that says List of Naruto characters, go down to Kakashi, at the end of the paragraph it will have Dave's name click on it, go down using the search key and search Pein. You'll find it.

Or go to Peins profile and look at the end of the paragraph, it will still say Dave's name.

Dave Wittenberg seems so cool. He seems like a nice goofy guy. It's weird that he plays so many serious characters. But anyway he's a great VA.
