Okay so on the trillionth time watching this beautiful gem of a video I noticed that the guy's hands are shaking when he reaches to take the snake. He doesn't care for the noble reptile, but he's playing it cool, and then BAM BOMBER GECKO OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE. If I had a mild snake aversion and this happened to me I'd probably flip too.
Veteran TV Host Michael Scott is now perhaps best known for appearing in this viral video. He's interviewing the snake wrangler Carl Franklin of ATU's Biology Dept. live in 2002 on NBC Ch.5 KAXS-TV. As the two hold up a 5-foot snake, a gecko lizard jumps on Scott from a nearby table. He yelps with surprise, falls over all choked up with fear, then drops an "F-bomb" with authority (edited) and has since been immortalized with millions of views on YouTube.
The news reporter should be more worried about the guy who coughed in his fist then put that hand on his shoulder than the lizard hopping on him.
