david warner played gorkon (the guy in red) in startrek 6 undiscoverd country then he played the cardassian that tortured picard he is a really good actor
This clearly shows why Chang had Gorkon killed in Star Trek 6 because he was afraid that his people would become Federation slaves and lose their culture in the process through Gorkon's proposals for Peace with the UFP.
