This is beautiful to watch, If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you roughly to learn this piece? Lauren =)

@Littlemusicalscot Not long actually, because I was busy learning other pieces. I started reading it slowly about three months before ABRSM, then the teacher listened to me a few times at the lesson. I got it completely memorized like 2-3 weeks before the event. I know, this is a beautiful piece!

whoa..u got distinction??..great..ive juz sat 4 the xam few days ago..hope would get a gud result..anywy, juz 2 confirm..since it is in baroque period, should the piece be sticky or dry??..coz i played sticky juz as how it is in the video..but some said it should b dry..how???

@LillieNewYork She passed with distinction. I don't remember exactly what score she received on this piece, but the overall exam score was at least 10 points above the cutoff for the distinction rating. Thank you for your comment!

@LillieNewYork Joyce is going to be in high school after summer, and she is continuing both her piano and violin. She sounds pretty good in her violin as well. My middle one, Josephine is going to piano performance but thinking about pick up violin in the future soon. My oldest one is taking a break from music playing, but I am sure she misses playing both instruments! Thank you very much for your compliments!
