I wouldn't get TOO excited. The goal for Mel's World requires the same exact goal as Karts & Coasters.

You have to have the Loopy Landscapes expansion to add the "No Entry" banners.

I did this on the XBox version, I didn't know it only worked on that expansion pack on the PC version... That sucks...

It is number 2, but it is literally the same. The "2" is just an expansion of the original it's self. lol
