shes too much of a ballerina i feel, like shes had A LOT of ballet and it shows through her dancing (not her tricks) her dancing. Its very old school moves and you can tell shes more of a ballerina than anything.

@BAMitsNatalie I'm not sure what you are saying-every "dancer" has basic dance technique. And she is NOT a ballerina-she was a gymnast, and then trained for contemporary dance. You need to be able to separate the choreography from the dancer. Every trained dancer could do every sinlge move she did with the exception of the gymnastic flips-that takes different training. She chose a light song and soft, expressive lines, that's all. You obviously aren't trained in dance-which is OK.

@BAMitsNatalie I'm sorry as well-it is a very sore subject with me-as you can tell. I see/hear untrained jerks tearing apart routines all the time, and I guess I'm tired of it. Most people don't realize the training and dedication it takes to be a dancer-they gush all over football/basketball players, and dismiss dancers. I'd like to see some of these "professional athletes" keep up with a dancer.

It's the way you critiqued her. I am very defensive of dancers. I think they are judged unfairly by the public.
