@smasood806 for carbs I ate oatmeal, brown rice and fruit..protein was chicken, steak, eggs and whey protein and fats were from meat, olive oil and peanut butter mainly. Check out my day 8 video and read the description. That will give you a good idea of my bulk phase diet
