  • @smasood806 for carbs I ate oatmeal, brown rice and fruit..protein was chicken, steak, eggs and whey protein and fats were from meat, olive oil and peanut butter mainly. Check out my day 8 video and read the description. That will give you a good idea of my bulk phase diet

    I'm 5'8 but I have a small bone structure..skinny wrists, ankles, knees plus my bodyfat is very low at around 6%.

  • @JimBean0587 They are powerblock dumbells. You can alter the weight so they save a lot of space.

  • Congrats? You gained a couple pounds of fat, some water and a little bit of muscle. 21 days isn't enough time to do much of anything bulking.. I see you're just trying to push your site =P
