Kde 4.2 now looks a lot more polished than that
And what a weird set of icons; some sort of mix between kde 3.5 and oxygen!

It looks slow because its not a real pc, its a virtual PC, its specs are 1 GB of ram and 2,7 GHZ Processor

yeah, looks kind of slow....but I'm using the same version on a pc with 1gb of ram, and a 3gh processor, and works great, even with all effects activated. Of course I first installed compiz to see what happened....the environment crashed XD

Kubuntu hardy comes with compiz and KDE4, if you're into that sort of thing
