Nikhil, The video you have uploaded is that of the Maharajas summer palace built by His Highness Sree moolam Thirunal Rama Varma. AMMACHY KOTTARAM is different and was built by The Regent Maharani Pooradam Thirunal Sethu lakshmi Bayi.

AMMACHY KOTTARAM was sold by the Regent Maharani to Mr. K.V.Thomas Pottamkulam who stayed there for sometime then converted it into International Hotel, wound it up and subsequently bought by Mr. Michael A. Kallivayalil who resides there at present.

OMG.. i lived in Kuttikkanam for three years and still did not get a chance to visit the Ammachi Kottaram.. Thanks a lot fer this video.. atleast I know now how it looks like! =)
