its getting hard to believe sapd. i witnessed myself 3-5 cars at midnight acting all "heroic" againts 3 innocent people just minding their own business at night. they got them to the ground and hit their ribs. if it wasnt for me and others witnessing the event in my neighborhood, their would have been major injustice. cops knew people video taped the incident and knew had no reason to arrest them so they let them go.
