i did the vent glitch on my bro's hacked psp (damn my growing finger nails!) when he had MMX on it. i ran all the way to Flame Mammoth while the level was glitched up that way, but it froze upon FM's entry.
Very cool! I seemed to remember the ice sled death when playing at my friend's house but could never get it to work on mine. I had the reissue version that was published by Majesco (I'm guessing it would be US 1.1?) so it makes perfect sense.

That double death at Sigma happen to me. I was playing on my SNES so I had no save state or anything and had to completely start over...fun!
