Ben Hogan forged gs irons for me but looks alone has to be Mizuno. I don't love the look of Ping irons but I've never met anyone who didn't love using them

@JermeisterHD Well my brother has some dunlop irons from a few years ago (maybe they've gotten worse over the years) but they are designed after a player's club. Similar cavity to a mizuno mp-60. Except they're not forged, let alone soft. So they're hard to hit, but they feel good if you hit them right.

Go for Mizuno or MacGregor, and to those who will hate on me for using MacGregor, I've been using them for 10 years, since I was about 7, and they've been they best irons ever.

Good clubs the ping g10's are very good clubs but they were too heavy for my liking hope you are playing well with them.

@MrTitleist11 The d2 is a great driver. I hit many drivers before deciding to buy this one. It had the best feel and is pretty easy to hit. You can hit low, high, fades, and draws.

those irons are not good looking, a good looking iron is a mizuno iron. but ping irons perform pretty well. and about the odyssey putter, if you want a putter with some touch and feel to it, dont get an odyssey, their inserts are too soft to have a decent touch to em.

@zachJ33 I play mizuno mp 68's, but ping irons, just look so... whats the word, non classic, you know like if they work for you thats all that counts, of every ping iron i've seen to date, I haven't seen any nice ones.

The MP Line Is better, beacause they are more workable, and the MX are for game improvement, but the MX clubs aren't very workable. so It depends, I prefer MP clubs, And for someone scoring in the mid 80's consistantly, I would have to say that the MP 57's, 60's, or 52's. The 52's are absolutely phenomenal. very very forgiving and very workable irons, they are fantastic, the only reason I dont play them is because I prefer a blade.
