I don't know much of anything about cnc milling. I borrowed the mill. I scanned the caliper into AutoCAD and traced the logo and then got coordinates from that. Picked a start point for 0,0 (home base) and entered coordinates from there. I practiced on a scrap piece of aluminum. Found a few bad coords., fixed 'em and hoped for the best on the caliper. The mill was a HURCO...thats all I know. I think I still have ACAD drawing if it would help you.
good alignment. scary shit when you watch it first come down. i've had my hand over the big red emergency switch a few times ready for disaster.

I need to do the same thing to mine to make 'em match front and rear. I'm not balsy enough to take an end mill to my sweet new calipers. ;)
You using Haas Mill and Mastercam?
