There are studies about administering propofol orally. The investigators must also look into this. Klein was slipping in medications to Michael behind Murray's back.
The problem with that thinking is that we don't know if Klein still had a medical relationship at the time Murray was engaged. Everything I have heard and read indicated Jackson only wanted Murray to take care of him and certainly AEG was not going to foot the bill for multiple doctors.
We do know that Klein was still prescribing drugs to Michael all the way up to the time of his death. You will see this as the investigation becomes more public. This is also why they have stepped up the squeeze on Klein. Klein was never out of the picture. AEG was not paying for everything.

Murray is catching most of the initial blame but as the investigations continue, it will lead to Klein as the ringleader and having been for more than 20 years. Yes, with Murray being there at the time of death, it is natural to place most of the focus on him. However, it is moving more and more to Klein. The other drugs named in the report were prescribed by someone and Klein's name is going to be on some of them.
Could be, but the bottom line is what does the California Statutes say on the matter. Certainly one of the arguments that Murray, Klein or whoever will use is that they did NOT "knowingly know" Jackson was an addict. That is one of the elements necessary for at least a murder charge in California. Manslaughter may be the charge.

The Associated Press is reporting that Dr. Murray admitted to police two days after MJ died that he did give him Diprivan the night he died. This is from a law enforcement source.

The way Dr. Murray handles the suicide situation is similar to the way Hugo Chavez handled the Bush Administration. He stated that if he is killed, the Bush Administration would be behind it. It's very easy to blame the father for all of Michael's problems. While I think Joe probably did spank his caused, Joe did not cause Michael to have so much trauma in his life. Yes, some things that happens in childhood influences you in adulthood both positives and negatives. Michael had more positives than negatives in childhood. It is difficult for negative persons to bring positive energy to other people. Michael brought positive energies.
You did not do enough research on him to make that claim. In numerous interviews MJ did say he was unhappy and would cry because he did not have a normal childhood. It could be possible that there were more positives and he viewed his childhood so differently because of his sensitivity, but that can not be proven as well as the outcome was not too positive. If he had more negatives, that don't make him a negative person. Even in the height of his career he said he was lonely.
I know Michael didn't have a childhood, but it seems like he lived it four times over. I mean lots of kids don't have childhoods grow up as functioning adults. The problem with that thinking is that we don't know if Klein still had a medical relationship at the time Murray was engaged. Everything I have heard and read indicated Jackson only wanted Murray to take care of him and certainly AEG was not going to foot the bill for multiple doctors.

We do know that Klein was still prescribing drugs to Michael all the way up to the time of his death. You will see this as the investigation becomes more public. This is also why they have stepped up the squeeze on Klein. Klein was never out of the picture. AEG was not paying for everything.

Another thing investigators must look into is the disapperance of the surveilance tapes. They wre there the morning of the death, they were there when the ambulance was called/ They apparently "vanished" after the house was secured by LAPD. What I don't understand is why LAPD let Jackson family in and out of the house and let them carry out boxes of stuff.
Very sloppy police work. House should have been securely locked down and nobody but NOBODY enter the house until investigation wrapped up.

Arnold Klein is at the center of Jackson's death. Conrad Murray was ignorant of what Klein was doing to Jackson while under his treatment. Murray is catching most of the initial blame but as the investigations continue, it will lead to Klein as the ringleader and having been for more than 20 years. Yes, with Murray being there at the time of death, it is natural to place most of the focus on him. However, it is moving more and more to Klein. The other drugs named in the report were prescribed by someone and Klein's name is going to be on some of them.

Could be, but the bottom line is what does the California Statutes say on the matter. Certainly one of the arguments that Murray, Klein or whoever will use is that they did NOT "knowingly know" Jackson was an addict. That is one of the elements necessary for at least a murder charge in California. Manslaughter may be the charge.

Yes, however, I don't believe Murray was the chief player. I do strongly believe Arnold Klein was at the center of it and slipping drugs in while Michael was under Conrad Murray's treatment. Murray hadn't earned any money up to the time of the death.
Certainly among these sort of people, Michael was expendable, hoping that somehow they could wrestle Sony/ATV Publishing away from the Jacksons. They are even hoping to weasel in as the children get older (Klein, etal.)

No, the autopsy results will not be released for at least another week. But based on the preliminary report, the L.A.P.D. had enough probable cause of manslaughter to get a search warrant for Dr. Murray's office today, and they went in a searched & seized a bunch of records and computer hard drive. That's not about looking for someone to blame.

The way Dr. Murray handles the suicide situation is similar to the way Hugo Chavez handled the Bush Administration. He stated that if he is killed, the Bush Administration would be behind it. Bush Administration left him alone. Murray must state that those who hired him plans to kill him. He must also provide key information that would lead to persons involved.

I feel that if MJ wanted to speak to his father he could have. People talk about foul play but what if Micheal wanted to keep Joe out of the picture? What if he wanted that doctor in his house? What if he hired all these people around him and kept them there because he wanted to? I am a huge fan of MJ too but it's a bit hard to believe that the people around him could have manipulated him into doing things he didn't like for a long time while keeping his family away from him.

When the type of drugs Michael purportedly was subjected to are used, it makes you lethargic and weakens your resistance to being manipulated. These drugs are stronger than what we call date rape drugs. Investigative reports on autopsy are overdue.

It's very easy to blame the father for all of Michael's problems. While I think Joe probably did spank his caused, Joe did not cause Michael to have so much trauma in his life. Michael banned his father from seeing him as an adult remember. So that part of his life was over. Michael grew up in hollywood where everyone takes something to forget their problems. Also Michael was under a lot of stress from the trials etc. so he took drugs to forget everything. Joe did not create this drug addic.

We must be careful of being carriers of information that may not be factual. For example, what has been shown to prove that Joe Jackson is "moneymad"? If we cannot produce the evidence then we should not be mules for hearsay.
It is correct, many who are hooked on drugs do not want loved ones to see them in that state.

Yes, some things that happens in childhood influences you in adulthood both positives and negatives. Michael had more positives than negatives in childhood. It is difficult for negative persons to bring positive energy to other people. Michael brought positive energies.

You did not do enough research on him to make that claim. In numerous interviews MJ did say he was unhappy and would cry because he did not have a normal childhood. It could be possible that there were more positives and he viewed his childhood so differently because of his sensitivity, but that can not be proven as well as the outcome was not too positive. If he had more negatives, that don't make him a negative person. Even in the height of his career he said he was lonely.

I know Michael didn't have a childhood, but it seems like he lived it four times over. I mean lots of kids don't have childhoods grow up as functioning adults. I think Michael's problems were intesified by being in Hollywood with all the other crazies. Plus Michael really did need psychological help and counseling when he was younger. It was obvious to many that he was not mentally stable. That doesn't take away from him as a good and kind person, but he definetly had a lot of issues.

Very true. I do agree with you on that. There are just so many rumors and speculations about both his life and death that I am convinced that we will never figure out the truth. One that I found particularly interesting is that some people are saying MJ was actually molested as a child by big wig pedophiles in the music business, which could possibly explain his asexual behavior, and it is said his father knew, which could explain his intense dislike for him. At the end of the day, who knows!

I've heard that he was possibly molested as a child. I have no idea. Would I be surprised? No because that does happen to children who work in the industry unfortunately. This is why kids should not be allowed to be in entertainment. Did Joe know? I don't know. I don't think Michael was asexual at all. This was definetely a straight man who thought about sex. He had tons of hetro porn in his house. But whether he felt comfortable enough to have it or take about is another issue.
