ive been using this scrub for a couple of years i didnt really know about skin care back in high school but using this everyday will damage your skin once a week is enough!! you can damage and dry out your skin with this. it is a great product but not for everyday use. it exfoliates the skin its not ment to moisterize so thats where your skin can start to dry out..

this stuff is amazing. used in moderation its a miracle worker. just dont overscrub or overuse! :) it says on my bottle up to 3 times per week so i dont know why some people use it everyday :\

check this website, it has the best face scrub! I've been using it for 2 years now.. the one tube lasted me for almost the whole year! I use this everyday sometimes twice a day & I haven't had any problems. It even says on the label it can be used everyday, but if your skin is sensitive be careful, just cause it works for some it don't mean it'll work for you.

I use the scrub and put on a good amount of moisturizer (Oil of Olay) afterwards, and my skin just seems to drink the moisturizer in and makes it feel velvety soft.

You should use face wash everyday but the exfoliant every 3-4 days because it is too harsh for daily use. The purpose of the exfoliant is to remove the dead layer of skin on the sruface so you should ideally use it before your face wash. This enables your cleanser to work more effectively by reaching fresh skin. I don't recommend toners because they strip your face of essential oils which will lead to dehydration, but if you must use once every few days. Then apply moisturiser. Hope this helps!

i used to break out soooooo bad on the sides of my face and by my mouth, like biiiiig ZITS !! i used this product for about 3-5 days WITH A MOISTURIZER ( clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion) and my zits *POOF* gone , still have a few flaws, but dont were any cover any more , THIS STUFF IS THE BEST

THIS DOES WORK, I WOULD RECOMMEND IT. Made my skin feel really good, I put it on before bed mainly because I find during the night my skin tends to clog up with oil. The morning after my mum comment on the clear patches of my skin! :D

You only need to put it on the finger tips so dont go over board and use tons of it on your face!! Wash of with cold water :D Makes the skin feel really fresh!

this stuff works!!! i used proactive before because i had some stubborn acne on my neck, both sides turns out it never went away because fucking proactive dried my skin so it never cured it it just made it worst. i used this after 2 weeks it really worked St Ives the one with that clear blackheads and is for acne. Good stuff!!!!! leaves your skin soft

instead get an exfoliant with ROUND bead.

It's definitely good for some, but it seems every time I use it I break out real bad, my face is pretty sensitive. I'm a really big fan of Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean face wash. But for a scrub I use Desert Essence foaming bamboo face scrub. I wouldn't suggest the face wash if you have dry skin though.

There's a gentle version now that is less harsh on the skin...people with oily skin can use this daily, otherwise once a week exfoliation leaves skin as smooth as a baby's bottom. :D
