Sorry about your break up. I was in a long relationship(my first and only one) I was 19 when we decided to commit and 28 when I left. I am now 35 and am JUST getting to a point where my heart doesn't hurt and I am just now starting to see other people. Take your time. The heart will heal on it's own. One day you will realize that sick feeling in your stomach is gone and you'll find yourself smiling again. Best of luck on your journey and your search for love and happiness.
