They are real people. Simon and Lewis know it is a story line, but dont know all the story. They only know bits and pieces, this way the reactions are real. The server is a private one that only these people can get on. If you watch some of the other minecraft maps they play, you will see some of these people play with them. Also check out the latest left for dead 2 maps, Um_Bongo plays that with them.
