i often get hurt with this nunchaku T_T so i prefer going fast with the artistik ones which are lighter XD

Nice bit of Nunchaku freestyle, I'm glad to see that even the best of us drop them occasionally. Do you have any formal training? and if so what system of Nunchaku-do did you study.

I study TKD as a youngster,But never had any formal training in Nunchaku Do.Apart from Maori Art of Poi,everything I do is self-taught,(Poichaku,lol)

I think of Poi as a Martial aid.Increasing co-ordination,suppleness and strength,especially if using Traditional Nunchaku.
