@horselover84728 : supposedly many years ago (over 50), there was a meat processing plant across the street and at the end of each day, they would dump meat cutting scraps in the ocean and therefore it would bring out the sharks. Of all the many dives I've done there, I've yet to see a shark there.

You may be right. I may have it wrong.
When I dive the spot, I always ask other people for the "blue room" or "elevator" and no one so far could tell me.
