this is such a depressing song! growing up with the name Silvia (yes with an i) i got this sung to me more than you even want to know. I meet someone new..SYLVIAS MOTHER SAID.....attendance roll call, SILVIAS MOTHER SAID......name on a list posted somewhere "hey look there is a silvia, SILVIAS MOTHER SAID.....to this day at the age 20 going on 21 i get the same thing.
