Im halv Thai/Esaan and halv danish, and my grandmom is comming from Thailand this summer, and she used to make a sweet rice with bannanas and wrapped in some kind of green thing, i think its banana leaves or something, could you make a video of how i make that? If you know what i am talking about :-D I really wanna make this dish for her..
I would like to learn how to make "Crispy Noodles with chicken" with lots of vegetables like I ate in Berkeley at the Thai Lucky House restaurant. I think the name is Lad nar Nhe Corg.? thank you
@NakMuay2503 The lum at the end I believe is by P' Saderd... if you search here on youtube under his name you'll come across it easily .. hope this help. keep up the good work Chef Kai ..
@timothyngim Isaan, esan, or esarn different ways of spelling it, are Laotian ethnics that live in the North Eastern part of Thailand. The people of this region are culturally closer to people of Laos, food, language, customs ect...
I like the way you laugh after speaking sentence.. Makes me feel you yourself did not understand what you said ;) lol.. but nice music and awesome cooking :)..
LOL THE GUITAR part at the end is sooooo asian haha my father loves that style of music too ahaha, anyway... since i started to live alone far far away from home for college i started cooking and ended up in your channel, i just wanted to say, thank you very much for the cooking lesson :)
T^T Grandma used to make this for me when I was little! But I never got the chance to learn it just eat it hahaha!! Never cared enough to learn >.< But I will cook this with her soon now! <3
@TheRoyal200 Normally in Thai (or Thai-Laos) cooking, we use vinegar that made of alcohol and sugar, but you can also use rice vinegar instead because the apple cider or cooking wine vinegar taste a bit too fruity (in my opinion) :-)
kai, do you own a resturant? cus i'm not even jking ur food looks WAY better then the take out i order...i'd definetly travel to ur store no matter where it is to go to ur resturant...
Just FYI you should use plastic or wood utensils on non-stick pans because if you use metal you will over time scrape off the non-stick coating and the Teflon contained inside that coating can be carcinogenic(cancer causing). I don't want you to get cancer Kai!!!!
Awesome Please do more...
