Second, I don't know whether there is a book, but I think it's unlikely, as V3 has 52 issues, but with less than 5 minutes invested, you can find it as a torrent. Otherwise I think you'll have to hunt down the comics individually.

@Smilinginmygrave Definately NOT. Goddammit, the Joker's smile isn't an effing scar (only exception to this rule is the shortlived post-R.I.P.-Joker, who sliced his mouth after surgery...). His smile is a permanent state of his muscles, like Risus Sardonicus, but more extreme, a result of his bath in chemicals.

Other way wouldn't fit neither, as Joker doesn't leaves scars, he leaves corpses.
