  • how do u get calves like that

  • It is so rare to see such perfectly ripped, defined, and perfectly shaped calves. More please. Would love to see this again in full screen close ups. Please!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The striations, symmetry, and development in your calves is Excellent! You officially have an advantage over most pro card BB'ers; The possibilities are endless! Happy 2012

  • @musclemusicbox Thank you very much!!!

  • wow very strong!!!

  • Very great ripped calves. Good job. Awesome!

  • i have 14 inch calves and i work them out everyday but no growth yet, should i get on growth hormones ?

  • @vampireorchid666 If you're training them right, you shouldn't be able to train them for at least 4-5 days after training them hard. Go harder.

  • Incredible sick calves.. Not the first time I comment and everytime you flex them I'm always amazed . My worst and hardest bodypart to grow but getting there.....A true inspiration Micah.. Go for it buddy!

  • Thanks for a phenomenal video. The striations at .18 are awesome. You're giving a textbook illustration of superb soleus and gastrocnemius development. I hope the response warms your heart. Your dedication to calf training as part of overall symmetry goes a long way to correcting an imbalance in much of the male-physique-conscious world. I'm grateful.

  • Amazing, Micah. Calves of a Champion!

  • phenomenal calves

  • @galacticmode Thank you

  • @mmlacerte what excerises do you do to build up your calf and do you need weights

  • Micah -- Great calves, and good luck in the show.

Hope you do not mind a question. I have some right side S1 nerve damage that limits my right calf to about 70-80% ability to flex. When I do 2 leg calf exercises, my left side over compensates for the right badly. The size difference was about 1.5 inches at one point, but is now about 1/2 inch. Any suggestions about how I can bring my right side equal to my left in size (18 " vs 17.5" now) without my left getting our of proportion again?

  • @bspencer74 DO single leg so you cannot compensate bot standing and seated..

  • wow! calves, the often overlooked and under rated body part.

  • @benarddor But they can be a game changer if they stand out!!!

  • @mmlacerte absolutely!

  • killer calves micah ;-)

  • @benarddor The second densest muscle in the body!

  • @zippyman818 i'm fully aware of that. calves are very hard to develope.

  • Killer wheels. Hope you win your show!

  • @hifrommike65 Thank you!!!
